Business formal is appropriate throughout the conference and lunches. For the Saturday evening Private Gala Dinner we ask guests to consider black-tie or formal evening attire; cocktail dress and dark suits are equally welcome.
Most international guests arrive into Hong Kong International Airport (HKG). The Airport Express train reaches Hong Kong Station in 24 minutes; the Four Seasons is directly connected via the IFC Mall walkway. Private transfers can be arranged on request — please note your flight details in the Special Requirements field of the RSVP form.
A complimentary stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong is arranged for invited guests for the nights of 26 and 27 June. Extended stays at a preferential rate can be requested — write to rsvp@2026only.vip after submitting your RSVP.
You are welcome to bring up to three additional guests. Please indicate the total party size in the RSVP form. Each accompanying guest will receive a personalised welcome pack and a seat at the Welcome and Gala dinners.
Absolutely. The Four Seasons and our catering partners can accommodate any dietary preference (vegetarian, vegan, halal, kosher, allergies, etc.) and the venue is fully wheelchair-accessible. Please note your requirements in the Special Requirements field — we will confirm arrangements with you before arrival.
An Orbis photographer will document the gathering for internal use only. No press, broadcast or social-media livestreaming will take place. Personal photography is welcome during receptions and dinners; please refrain during the keynote and training sessions unless explicitly permitted by the speaker.
